| The LS News is a
monthly publication designed to keep property owners informed about Lake
Summerset and used to help promote Lake Summerset to future property owners.
There are monthly articles from the various committees, General Manager,
Board of Director monthly minutes, Otter Creek Lake Utilities, citations,
new property owners and more. Subscription costs are included in the property
owner’s yearly assessments. The LS News is mailed directly to property
owners and other subscribers and is also distributed for free at the Association
Office. If you would like to subscribe to the LS News, cost is $15 per year for 12 issues. Please contact the Association office at 815/248-2194 for more information.
