In an effort to clarify the use of passes at Lake Summerset, following are defitinitons of each type of pass available. GUEST PASS: Member fills out guest pass, available at guardhouse, LS website, or LS Office. This pass may be filled out for up to 10 people and if marked can be for up to 4 consecutive days. The guests will be given a daily colored pass or a white multiple day pass. These passes are only valid for the days marked on the pass. With this pass guests can use the facilities. AMENITY PASS: Member fills out form for up to 6 families, available at main gate, LS website, or LS Office. These families will be given either a daily colored window pass or a multiple day pass for up to 4 days. These passes are good for 1 year or depending on when they are filled out they will expire every March 1st of each year. With an amenity pass, the guest will be allowed to use the facilities. EXTENDED RED CARD PASS: Member fills out form either at main gate, LS website, or LS Office. These guests will be issued a red window pass. When guests arrive at main gate this pass will allow the guest access to the members home only. These passes are good for 1 year or depending on when they are filled out, they will expire every March 1st of each year. With an extended red pass, the guest is not allowed to use the facilities. HOUSE GUEST PASS: These passes are filled out at the main office. A member may fill out this pass for a guest that is staying in their home for more than 8 consecutive days. If the guest is staying for less than 8 days, then member can fill out 2 Guest Pass cards for up to 4 consecutive days per card. A special window pass is given to the guest on their arrival at the main gate. This pass allows guest to use the facilities while they are staying with the member. With this pass the guest does not have to get a new pass every day. CONTRACTOR PASS: Members must fill this pass out the LSA Office. This pass will allow entry to listed contractors, until the ending date on the pass to work on your home. The contractors will be issued a special contractor green pass for their window. The contactors are allowed use of restroom facilities but not allowed to swim or fish. TELEPHONE PASS: If there is no way for the member to get to the gate with a pass for their guest, you may phone in a pass. The phone in pass number is 815-248-9186. Members may only phone in a pass Monday through Thursday and the pass is good only for the day you phone in. We do not accept phone in passes on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays. FAX
IN PASSES: Members can fax a pass to the main gate at any time
for any date. REALTOR PASS: When members are selling their homes, there is a special realtor pass the member can fill out that is available at the LSA Office. This is a blue pass that will allow the realtor-listing agent the ability to leave passes for prospective buyers. The pass that is given to the guest for their window will be a red pass to that lot only. RENEWAL PROCEDURE FOR PASSES: Your amenity and extended red card pass lists will be included in November with your membership data sheet mailing. It is the member’s responsibility to renew your pass lists by March 1st of each year.
